Assistant General Manager - Leaf on Bold Street

LEAF on Bold street is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager or proven deputy manager to join our award winning team. LEAF presents a variety of events in a distinctive setting with it’s own unique vibe and personality. And personality is exactly what we are looking for! The right person will have it in spades along with plenty of experience and a desire to work hard in a fun, fast paced, rapidly expanding independent company.

The right candidate will:

Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to act as an ambassador for our brand

Have an eye for quality and precision

Have good product knowledge

Have an ability to quickly identify customer needs

Have relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Have relevant hands on experience delivering events such as weddings and corporate events

Have a proven track record for delivering fantastic customer experience through a high performing team.

Enjoy leading a large, diverse team through training, development and clear direction.

Is well organised, can clearly communicate and build productive relationships with a variety of people.

Be able to demonstrate their achievements against forecasted sales targets, profit conversion and business KPI’s

Assistant General Manager - OH ME OH MY

OH ME OH MY on Water Street is housed in the former Bank of West Africa Building, built in the 1920’s the banking hall and our rooftop garden, Goodness Gracious, over looks the UNESCO world heritage Albert Dock and Liverpool waterfronts three graces. This beautiful setting plays host to a range of creative events, award winning afternoon tea sessions and our daily cafe offer. We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager or proven deputy manager to join our team;
