One of China’s most loved and flavoursome, pan-fired green teas. A delicate flavour with a smooth finish, that reveals hints of chestnut and liquorice.
Also known as Longjing, Dragon Well is a direct translation of the area where this tea originates. Legend has it that the waters surrounding this village were home to a roaming dragon.
Use 1tsp per 250ml, this is best made with water at 85 degrees and infused for 2 minutes. Enjoy one serving over several infusions.
