This workshop is perfect for people who enjoy creating, want to learn something new or are looking for ideas and inspiration.
The workshop includes fun exercises to get everyone energised, including body switch, speed collaging and adding words to images. Following the exercises, you can choose whether to use what you’ve learned to venture out on your own design or continue to work within themes and exercises provided by Catherine.
Fear not if you are a seasoned collagear and want access the workshop to bring particular ideas to life, this space offers complete artistic freedom, with great source material, guidance and input from the artist at your request.
The aim is for everyone to get involved and go home with a collage artwork they can be proud of and have a ton of fun doing it.
People of all ages and abilities can attend the workshop; collage is safe and fun for all. With scissors, glue, card, tape, paper, great magazines and books provided you’ll never be short of ideas for your masterpieces.
A range of collage packs will also be available for purchase at the workshops if you catch the bug and can’t wait until the next workshop to keep collaging.
