COURSE TWO - Rich chocolate torte with Earl grey tea custard. Served 'Lavender Grey' black tea
COURSE THREE - Coconut pannacotta with roasted exotic fruit and mango my days tea. Served with 'Heaven Scent' white tea
COURSE FOUR - Mulled tea poached pear with vanilla ice cream. Served with 'Prickly Pear' green tea
COURSE FIVE - Brioche butter pudding with roasted fig and cassis tea syrup. Served with 'Butter Truffle' black tea
