Join us for a delectable 5 course set menu, designed by our renowned Chefs, Marc and Claire Lara.

Every other month, a new menu will be curated with LEAF’s ethos in mind - local produce, inspired dishes and of course, Good Times!

Canape-

Marinated Oriental beef, crispy angel hair nest

Sticky BBQ teriyaki mushroom, fresh salad of radish and apple

Marinated smoked tofu, crispy angel hair nest (vegan option)

To start-

Selection of nigiri, maki, and sashimi garnished with pickled

ginger, wasabi & wakame salad (VVA, GF)

Second service-

Yuzu cured salmon nori roll, young leaf and radish salad & wasabi cream

Yuzu cured salsify nori roll, young leaf and radish salad & wasabi cream(vV)

To follow-

Teriyaki BBQ beef tender loin, toasted sesame seeds, Oriental soba

noodles, spicy broth

Sticky BBQ butter nut squash & shiitake mushroom skewers served with smoked tofu, oriental soba noodles, spicy broth

To finish-

Carpaccio of mango with green Cardamom infused chia pudding, passion fruit and toasted coconut, lime and yuzu sorbet (VV, GF)
